Return and Shipping Policy

Food items, pans, books, special orders, and bulk items cannot be returned.

Any other items must be returned immediately, unused, and with original packaging in tact. Shipping charges to return the merchandise to us must be prepaid by you. Upon satisfactory return of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

* Shipping Charges will be calculated and added to your bill. You can either pay for your items with a credit card, or by mailing a check prior to shipment. If you are paying by check, please do not send the check until you have the completed total from us.

* Shipping Charges will be based on weight and distance. UPS is our normal carrier. You can request other methods for an additional fee of $5.00 per box. 

* Should there be damage to your products, we must be notified immediately.  The original packaging must be kept for possible inspection.

* We would like to be able to guarantee prices but unfortunately, prices can change.

* Products usually ship within 1-2 business days. Some products may take as long as 15 to 21 days if item is not in stock. You will be notified by e-mail if item(s) are not in stock.

* Be advise that there is a certain amount of risk that chocolate and coating might melt in hot weather while in transit. If this should occur, it can be remelted and used.

 

All goods are shipped FOB Virginia Beach, VA unless a special order is being drop shipped to you, in which case the order will be shipped FOB factory or our supplier. We offer shipping services through UPS or the USPS. 

We can ship your order Standard, Express or Overnight. We try to send our your order within 24 hours but can make no guarantees.

NOTE:  "Oversize" fees may apply to larger items such as cake boxes, depending on package size. Oversize charges can increase enormously if you select EXPRESS shipping services. These fees WILL NOT be displayed on your shipping calculator. Your credit card will not be charged until we verify with you the additional fees, if they apply.
