Damp cloth in Zip-Lock bag (for keeping tips covered)

Paper Towels

Extra sifted confectioners sugar

Plastic bag to carry home decorating tools used in class

Apron if desired

Bath towel

Container for your supplies

Wilton Cake Divider

Toothpicks

Jar half filled will water and detergent

10" x 4" Round Cake Dummy, 12" round cake board covered with cake foil

Box to carry your cake home – 12” size will do.

 

ROYAL ICING RECIPE:

3 level tablespoons meringue powder
4 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar
6 tablespoons water

Beat all ingredients at low speed for 7-10 minutes (10-12 minutes at high speed for portable mixer) until icing forms
peaks (it should lose its sheen).
